The module Executive Leadership focuses upon people and their performance in a variety of contexts.
The aims of this course dentify areas of overlap between management and leadership and to explore the competences and behaviours associated with management and leadership. Furthermore you will develop leadership behaviours that will enable you to manage performance as well as lead change to improve organisational performance.
On successful completion of this module you will be able to analyse concepts and issues in management and leadership.
